Make-Up + Hair Artists
Most are versatile in both hair and make-up, but it might be wise to have a separate artist for each service if working with multiple subjects. From weddings, portraits, commercial sets + marketing campaigns, both hair and make-up are essential for a well-rounded look. If the artist you select only does one service, be sure to ask who they recommend for the other.

I get asked all the time who I would recommend for video, since I do not offer it myself, I compiled a list of some of my favorite talents. not only do they create beautiful content, but are also great to work alongside without stepping on each others toes.

Florists are a big part of your decor for the day; from the bouquets, centerpieces, to the extravagant ceremony displays and reception accents. If florals are something important to you, it would be wise to secure your favorite artist sooner than later, as the popular ones tend to book up quick!
DJs + Live Music
There’s nothing like good music to set the mood, whether you fancy something classical from a string quartet or dancing the night away to a live band or hosting an after party with your favorite club DJ, you want to make sure your guests know how you want to throw your party. Not too many people remember to secure is a good Emcee to carry the night of events in a timely manner keeping everyone entertained with no “dead zone” between songs. Like a good photographer, DJs + Emcee tends to book up quickly.
Rentals + Lighting
Finishing touches that most do not think about might fall along the lines of lighting for your ballroom, upgrading your ceremony chairs to something more than the run of the mill, vintage accents for your cocktail lounge, and table linens that match your color scheme.
